With extensive experience in dance, therapeutic bodywork and yoga, Lisa will expertly guide you to new levels of bodily awareness with her unique blend of modalities and deep love of the body. Like a delicious bowl of your Grandma’s chicken soup – Slo Mo Yo is nourishment for the total you.
