Thursdays 7-8 p.m. EST

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:

  • A mat
  • A tennis ball
  • A bath towel to roll up
  • 2 cushions or bolsters
  • Your beautiful self dressed in comfortable clothes


SLO MO YO GENTLE YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION 

Slo Mo Yo is an accessible movement class for all ages offering expertly crafted movement sequences gently centering you in your body and the present moment. With extensive experience in dance, therapeutic bodywork and yoga, Lisa will expertly guide you to new levels of bodily awareness with her unique blend of modalities and deep love of the body.  Like a delicious bowl of your Grandma’s chicken soup – Slo Mo Yo is nourishment for the total you.

My inspiration for offering SloMoYo classes FREE OF CHARGE comes from my desire to amplify and support the health and well-being of my fellow humans during this difficult and uncertain time. Namaste!
